This is where you can find the Moab Free Health Clinic Schedule. Generally, we are open two days per week, for approximately 2-3 hours each day.
Moab Free Health Clinic’s Next Opening will be:
The clinic will be offering sports physicals for any kids involved in school sports who require, and have not yet had their physical.
This will take place at 2:00 p.m. on TUESDAY AUGUST 24TH at the MOAB FREE HEALTH CLINIC. We are located at 350 S. 400 East, across from Milt’s. Please bring the paperwork that the school gave you.
Donations are gratefully appreciated but not a requirement to get a physical.
